To rent a car in Finland you have to be at least 20 years of age. Some car companies may require you to be older, while others will just limit the types of vehicles you can hire.
You need to have held your licence for at least a year and you may have to pay a young driver's surcharge if you’re under 25. In some cases, you’ll need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
