How to book your chosen rental

You can find yourself spending hours on end trying to find the perfect RV rental, and nowadays there’s so many options out there!

To save yourself a bit of time, I’d recommend using either of the following sites to get your vehicle search off to a positive start:

GoSee - Best for comparing rental firms

GoSee Travel is the best and most efficient way to find a campervan, RV or motorhome rental from some of the top firms in Brisbane.

Just simply pop your dates in and see what it throws back!

It’s a great way to compare rental prices to see what’s available within your budget, and it gives you the chance to compare the biggest range of rentals in Brisbane.

If you’re not already convinced, there’s a whole host of other reasons why GoSee is so great:

  • They offer a low price guarantee. If you find the same vehicle cheaper elsewhere they’ll match the rate, so you know you can’t get a better deal anywhere else.
  • Their support team is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help with any issues you have at any stage of your booking
  • No need to worry about last minute cancellations if you’re with GoSee. All bookings come with a  vehicle guarantee, so if the rental firm lets you down, your trip can go still go ahead with a similar vehicle at no extra charge

To make your planning stage go that little bit smoother, there’s GoSee links for the firms below where possible!

Outdoorsy - best for comparing private rentals

An alternative to a commercial RV rental, is a custom rental from a private owner. If you think this might be for you, then check out Outdoorsy.

It’s a huge RV rental marketplace offering endless unique rentals from private owners, most of which are keen road trippers and travellers themselves!

It’s sort of like Airbnb but for vehicles. You can meet the host before booking, and then hire directly from the owner.

I’ve already touched on Outdoorsy and how it works earlier on.

They’re one of the best loved and most well-known RV marketplaces out there, getting the 17 million RVs that lie dormant for 95% of the year back out on the road.

Meeting the host allows you not only to ask more in depth questions about the vehicle, but you can also connect with like minded adventurers, and get first hand recommendations for your Brisbane trip.

See if your vehicle comes with the offer of drop off and set up. Some hosts will drop vehicles off at an address of your choice, or sometimes hosts will drop off and set up a vehicle at an RV park, so all you have to do is turn up.
