By now, you must realise I review a lot of eSIMs! ;)
Well, another one has entered my world, and it’s pretty decent.
I’d like to introduce you to Voye Global.
Meet Voye Global, an eSIM company founded in 2021 and in just a couple of years, they’ve positioned themselves at the forefront of global eSIM services by aggregating access to 600+ cellular and data provider networks and covering over 150 countries worldwide—all through one simple digital platform.
Built for wanderers, nomads, and anyone needing reliable cross-border connectivity, Voye’s vision is to eliminate physical SIM cards, hidden roaming charges, and fragmented coverage.
Its technology-centric approach—bridging multiple carriers in one cohesive experience—makes staying online abroad remarkably easy.
Voye Global introduces a clever no-risk starter: 100 MB of free data you can use in your home country. It lets you test everything—from installation to basic browsing—before boarding the flight. Once you land abroad, your purchased data plan activates seamlessly.
I do love it when an eSIM offers a sample data package so you can test out the service before you buy. It’s generous, but it also shows they have faith in their product.
Since Europe is the closest continent to me (and the one I live on ;) ), I figured it would be best to check out this eSIM in relation to how it performs in a European market.
Let’s look at some of the perks of Voye Global's European offerings.
Buying an eSIM and activating it on your phone should NOT be difficult. And with Voye Global, it isn’t.
You simply buy online via their website, or app, get a QR code—and connect in minutes.
There is no shipping, no physical SIM, no waiting.
I’ve downloaded the eSIM on my Samsung and my iPhone and had no issues with downloading or accessing the app.
Though we’re zone-locking on Europe here, Voye’s capabilities stretch across 150+ countries, ensuring nothing stops you from exploring beyond this corner of the globe. In terms of European countries, they cover 50 European countries:
This is a very good list, and oddly enough, it’s actually good that it includes the Faroe Islands.
Back when I went to the Faroe Islands, I actually struggled to find a European eSIM that would include them in the coverage.
Many didn’t and I had to get a separate Faroe Island eSIM.
However, if I had known about Voye Global, I could have just used their Europe eSIM!
If you’re doing a European road trip (which you should), or you’re simply visiting a variety of countries in Europe via plane or train, or even bus.
Then you’ll be crossing borders, and you’ll be happy to know that when it comes to your eSIM connectivity, there’s no need to tap anything.
Voye cleverly shifts connections across its European carrier partners to keep you online at all times.
This is another great feature.
I remember back in the day when I *could* use my UK sim card for data in Europe, even when I crossed borders, I had to reset my phone in order to get an internet connection, which was super annoying.
But you won’t have to do that with a Voye Global Europe eSIM!
Voye’s connectivity isn’t limited to reselling one carrier’s access.
The platform integrates with multiple mobile network operators, boosting reliability and performance across Europe.
This is imperative, as not all networks are equal across Europe, so the fact this eSIM is going to connect you with what works best, is a great perk.
From short trips to multi-week stays, the cost structure is carefully tuned for value. And with a 15% discount for all users, it's even sweeter.
You can get 15% off with the code: VOYE15.
But the general idea is, the more data, the cheaper it is per GB.
You’ll see that further below in the table I’ve given!
Need help at midnight in Berlin, Paris or Rome? Voye’s multilingual support team is available 24/7 via chat, email, or WhatsApp.
In the table you can see just what Voye Global offers for their Europe eSIM.
Durations start at 1 week, all the way up to 60 days! In terms of data amounts, you can start at 3GB, which is perfect for daily sightseeing use, such as using Google maps and researching places to eat, ordering Ubers etc, OR, you can opt for high data packages, of 20GB, if you use a lot of data. This is useful if you’re heavy on uploading your trip on social media, or you’re going to be working from your phone to your laptop.
Voye Global does offer Unlimited Data options for Europe (you’ll see “Unlimited Data Options” called out on their Europe eSIM page). In practice, like most providers, “unlimited” follows a daily high-speed allowance (Fair Use Policy). After you hit the daily high-speed amount, speeds are throttled for the rest of the day, then reset the next day.
So basically, unlimited = no fixed total cap, but high-speed is metered per day (2 GB in Europe), then throttled until midnight local time
hen throttled until midnight local time
Another thing I love about this eSIM is the fact, it has a Global plan, that also includes Europe.
So if you’re off on a big trip, switching between continents (backpackers I’m looking at you!), then this is a great option.
Or, if you’re someone who simply takes a lot of different trips throughout the year, this then is also a great option.
As of me writing this, the Global plan covers 131 countries, and data packages range from 1GB for 3 days, the whole way up to 50GB for 365 days.
There are in-between offerings too, which you can see in the picture. $119 for 50GB and coverage for the whole year, is a very good deal!
You’ll never have to stress about having the internet when you land in any destination for the year!
The Global eSIM even has a data with calls package, which again, takes this eSIM provider to a whole new level.
There are a few exceptions to the calling rule: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Faroe Islands, French Polynesia, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan.
Otherwise you can choose packages that include national and international minutes ranging from 3 minutes all the way up to 150 minutes.
No matter how great a European eSIM plan is, if your device can’t support it, it’s a no-go.
Here's a refined list of popular phones that definitely support eSIM as of 2025.
If you can’t see your phone, don’t worry! The best way to test if your phone is eSIM compatible is to check for “Add eSIM” in your settings menu before your trip
So there we have it, my review of the Voye Global eSIM.
Next time you head off on that European adventure,(or, well anywhere really!) you’ve got your connection sorted ;)
